We had intentions of filming our bass guitar narrative shots in the historical valentine’s mansion. However we aren’t able to do so because of some unfortunate circumstances. Getting in touch with Redbridge council we asked permission to film on site because as it is a public site we would need to get permission. Firstly a representative of red bridge got back in touch with us asking us to fill out a form, this seemed easy enough however we were asked to give a copy of our liability insurance. Being unsure about what exactly the insurance was we asked Mr Lawes and he called up Redbridge explaining that we are an A2 student. He was told that every school should have a liability insurance and we would be able to get the insurance copy from the school. we went to the front office and they provided us with an employers liability insurance. We sent this off in hopes that it was the right document however we got a reply that it isn’t and wer asked to produce the document in other to film. With time running out we were eager to get the document in time, unfortunately for us we weren’t able to provide the document in time meaning we cant film at our requested time.

Therefore we had to find an alternative shooting location. Initially we were thinking of the museum in barking so we tried to plan our shooting in that location however once again we were unable to because it was go through reconstruction.
